Hi,
This is a bad habit that some birds develop, and she will not likely stop. If she has a mate and a nest box, I would remove the nest box to discourage more egg laying. It is more common with young birds under 2 years old who have been given a mate too soon, or a bird who isn’t being fed the right diet. If you only feed seeds, this will not give her the nutrition she needs, so she is seeking it from the eggs. But now that she has a taste for eggs, she probably won’t stop eating them. As for her diet, she should be fed a balanced diet such as pellets along with leafy greens and veggies.
