I have 2 male zebra finches and 2 female finches both of them have there own nests but both the male finches fight so the other male finch is always in its box only comes out when I am around the cage ..if any of the pair lay egg will the other pair kill there eggs should I sperate them or is it OK to keep both pairs together

You can only have one pair of birds in a cage for breeding. Otherwise, as you have seen, they will fight. Yes, they will raid each other’s nest to destroy the eggs or kill chicks. They even kill chicks as they leave the nest. If you want to keep the pairs together, you have to remove the nests and not try to breed them. Right now the one male is very stressed out – he would normally stay on top of the nest to guard it but he is obviously scared of the other male. Please separate one pair or remove the nests before one of your birds gets killed.
