My budgie is shivering
my budgie is shivering and is not able to fly and when i take my hand near him, he starts to bite my hand so hard that is starts bleeding. I want to know why is that so

It sounds like your bird is sick and needs to be taken to an Avian Vet. Sudden physical and behavior changes like this are usually signs of a sick bird.
