My budgie can’t fly

My budgie can’t fly since she born, she try to fly many times, she run and jump and flap, but just like a chicken she drop to the floor, Im sure she’s not sick but maybe she has no energy, don’t move too much in day but climb curtains too much and also enjoy being in high altitude. I searched a bit but can’t found something that help me.

You should take her to an Avian Vet to see if she has an issue with her feathers or some internal issue. What you describe is not normal, and it isn’t good for her to land on the floor. It can kill a bird if they land on their breast bone too hard.
