My cockatiel always avoids me

My cockatiel from yesterday kept on avoiding me and will not let me pet him or touch him even pick him up he but a week before we were inseparable and he would let me touch him and pet him in fact he will always come to me but now everything has changed is it because I have henna on my hands that he is acting this way I’m really scared for my cockatiel since he started to bite me now

I would definitely say the henna is the cause. This is something different and he is alarmed. Try hiding your hands and talk to him and see how he reacts. Most likely once the henna wears off or is washed off, he will be your pet again.
