Budgie bald spot

My boy budgie has a bold spot on his tummy he’s had it for awhile now an he’s getting 1 on his head also

Hi,

He is likely either plucking or rubbing the feathers off from his front. If he has a cage mate, the cage mate is probably picking his head, or he may be rubbing  it. If he is alone in the cage, then you need to take him to an avian vet to see what might be wrong with him,
