My cockatiels behaviour

My bird keeps opening his mouth and moving his throat and she looks upwards while doing it is there something wrong with her she seems a little tense too which is making me nervous

Hi,

She could have some problem with her throat or trachea. The best thing to do is take her to an Avian Vet to be checked out.
