Why my budgie is not hatching eggs she layed eggs more but she don’t hatching any agg it is happening from 3 years too still she is not hatching eggs she laying eggs how can I do that she may hatch eggs?plz tell me

Unfortunately some birds are not good breeders. After 3 years, this bird is not going to change. It’s best to not try to breed her anymore. It’s a lot of strain on her body to form and lay eggs, so it isn’t worth risking her health when she won’t incubate the eggs or can’t produce fertile eggs for some reason. It’s time to remove the nest box to discourage any future egg laying. There is nothing you can do to make her care for the eggs.
