sudden death
my normally healthy 8 yr old parakeet died suddenly appeared healthy all days eating chirping acting fine, I have 10 birds all budgies they get the same diet everyone else is fine.

Hi,
A vet would have to examine the bird to determine why it died. It may have just been old. Many parakeets are inbred and only live 6-8 years. There is no way we could know why the bird died.
