My female laid an egg and pooped black this time afterwards she is 3years old and my male is 9 years old she has laid before and her poop was smelly and brown she has been to vet several times does she need to see doctor again?

Black poop is not good, so you should go ahead and take her to an Avian Vet. When females are laying, they do tend to hold their poop when they are in the nest box, and when they come out, they will do a large, poop that can have a strong odor. But holding the poop can also result in a bacterial infection.
