My pearly conure about 6 months now will not get near me. She moves to other side of her cage and if she flys down she runs from me.

If she was hand fed, she may just need more time to settle in. If she was never tame, you have your work cut out for you. But with a lot of patience and building trust, she may come around. You need to have a better understanding of behavior and how to work with a parrot. You might want to find a parrot behaviorist. We work with Lisa Bono and Pamela Clark.
