My goes into her cage everytime she sees me coming don’t know why she knows me I had her for Over 16 years she refuses to go into her new cage or play with new toys I have tried everything

Many parrots, especially Greys, can take a long time to adjust to new things. It’s very common for the owner to give up and feel like they have tried everything. But really, you need professional help with your bird. A pet bird behaviorist can help you figure out your bird. I would recommend Lisa Bono, and behaviorist we work with who specializes in African Greys. She presents a webinar series for us called The Grey Way, and you can also learn a lot from those.
