greens

I have been told that spinach is not good for budgies wonder if supermarket dandelions are an acceptable substitute for spinach how often should I give them greens.

Hi,

It’s fine to offer spinach to non-breeding birds, one or two times a week. You can offer other leafy greens such as kale, romaine, & dandelion greens in moderation daily.
