my budgie bird played 5 eggs 3 of them hatched but one of the chicks is dead should I take the chick out ? or do I leave it in their with the rest of the chicks ?

I’m sorry about your chick – it’s one of the downsides of breeding that can happen. It is best to remove a dead chick. If you can watch for the parents to both be out of the box at the same time, this is the best time to remove it.
