Bird Bites

Why does my dusky conure bite me? I’m not mean to him, but he bits me whenever he gets an opportunity.

Birds always have a reason for biting. You need to learn to read his body language and behavior in general. I’ll give you a couple of links to help. You also might want to hire a pet bird behaviorist. We work with Lisa Bono and Pamela Clark.
