Breeding

my older Regent hen is in a mixed Avery . She has laid eggs but are all on the perch. would this be because she is being disturbed in her nest.she spends most of her day crowing to the male.

Answer:

Hi Warren,

Is this a parrot species or a chicken? With parrots, you need to only have one pair of birds per cage for breeding. For chickens, I’m really not sure. I would suggest contacting other breeders, searching online or maybe asking where you buy your feed.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
