My female budgie is fighting with male as well as my male is not chirping not singing only sit eat few and get back on perch he is not sick not stressed

Your bird is indeed sick or stressed or both or he wouldn’t be acting this way. The female may be picking on him because he is sick, or he may be stressed because she is picking on him. You need to separate the birds and if he doesn’t improve once he is by himself, it would be best to take him to an Avian Vet.
