Hi Andre,
The best way is to cover your hand with a towel and catch her that way. Generally they only see the towel as the culprit. You can possibly train each one, by separating it, but then if you put the bird back in the flock, it is not likely to remain tame. To tame a bird, they need to trust you, but they also need to be reliant on you for attention and possibly treats. As long as the flock is together, they get attention from each other, so treats are usually the only thing that might entice one to come to you, but that will only last until the bird gets the treat. If you want one tame bird, I would recommend choosing one male to work with. The males are typically easier to train and are more social. There are certainly exceptions, but in general the males are better pets. You also have an odd number of birds in the group cage, and that doesn’t work out most of the time. They tend to pair off and one bird gets left out and often bullied. You can learn more about behavior and taming & training on the following links.
