my budgie is having swollen belly and her hair of belly area have also fallen what should i give her in diet I am not confirm weather she is going to give birth but i guess so what fruit should i give her to easily pass her egg out of her belly.

Birds do not get pregnant or give birth. They lay eggs, and each egg only takes 48 hours to form and be laid. Fruit is digested, which is an entirely different system, and would have no bearing on egg laying.
What you describe is more likely a medical issue. The best thing to do is take her to an Avian Vet as soon as possible.
