budgies being scared of me

hi my 2 budgies are really scared of me. i buy them a treat to tame them but they are also scared of the treat. i dont know what to do

Unfortunately it usually is not possible to tame two birds that share a cage. They have each other as companions and do not need human companionship. You can try to build some trust with them, but you will probably not be able to tame them. I’ll give you the links to our behavior and training pages so you can better understand what to do. You have to be very patient, and know that this process can take months, just to get them calm around you. Keep your hands away from them until they are not scared of you. You can spend time talking to them to get them used to you.
