Cockatiel

What happens when u buy a boy parent raised cookietel and tame it then buy a girl one

Answer:

Hi,

If you add another bird in the same cage, male or female, they will tend to bond and stop wanting to be handled. If you get another bird, and want both birds to remain tame, it’s best for each bird to have its own cage. I would recommend another male, regardless. They can interact outside of the cage, but should not share a cage. If you get a female, you may end up with egg laying issues even if she isn’t in the cage with the male. His presence could still trigger her hormones and result in egg laying.
