Hi my young cockatiel gets nasty when he sees his self in windows and mirrors what can I do to stop him apart from that he’s very loving

Hi Joan,

This is a natural behavior – he is fighting off any rivals for your affection! It’s one of those behaviors that you can’t train out of him because it is instinctive for him to protect his companion. So the only solution is to not let him have mirrors and avoid having him around anything where he can see himself.
