Cockatiel bend

My male cockatiel will sometimes duck his head down low and his wings slightly out .
then he quickly pops straight up and makes a kiss sound. This happens in short succession . What is he doing ?

This is just a form of showing off. Hopefully he doesn’t go into bad behaviors. Try getting him interested in toys when he does this.
