Please take the bird to an avian vet immediately. A vet needs to determine where the break is and the best way to treat it. The vet can also prescribe medication for pain and swelling. Birds do begin to heal quickly which is why you need to take him to a vet before the leg begins to heal the wrong way. Once the leg is put in a cast or splint, it will still be several weeks for the bone to be stable and then a few more weeks to make sure the leg is strong enough for regular activity without breaking again. This is not something that heals within a few days or without treatment.
