Cocktail parrot hair lose

Its okay if my cocktail parrot doesn’t have hair on its head?

Answer:

Hi,

It depends on what caused the feather loss. They can’t pluck feathers from their own head. Does the bird have a cage mate? If so, the mate is doing this. If there is no other bird, the bird may be rubbing his own head. If you are concerned, you should take the bird to an avian Vet.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,
