I was just wondering about should I buy q hand rared conure or should I get a baby conure and hand rare it myself

Hi Conor,

It’s best to find a recently weaned baby conure that is already tame. There are a lot of risks to handfeeding, and sometimes chicks die, even with the most experienced feeder. Better to let the breeder take that risk, and buy a young bird that you can already handle.
