As to your reference to beak trimming which do you recommend clippers or grinding wheel.

Hi Guy – Here is Dr. Echols’ reply:

This is not as simple as which tool to use.  Rather how the tools are used.  Beak trimming should not be a routine (cosmetic procedure).  Beak trims should be reserved for abnormal beaks.  Because they are abnormal, each beak trim should be properly tailored to address the issue at hand.
