Dusky conure dropping

My dusky conure who’s currently 3 months poop is a large amount and very watery isit normal?

Answer:

Hi,

If this is a sudden change, then you should take the bird to an Avian Vet. A change in droppings can be the first sign of an illness. Droppings can also change because of a new food, eat a lot of fresh foods, or if you are handfeeding her still, formula can cause a more liquid dropping. But if you are worried about your bird, it’s better to take her to the Vet.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
