Eating feathers
Verde has been eating some of her molted feathers is that healthy it’s something that concerns me, she Dosen’t see me all the time in the house because I’m ether I’m doing chores or resting what should I do?

Hi Morgan,
A lot of birds will pick up their molted feathers to chew on. It’s just something else to do, and this is fine for them to do. I doubt Verde is actually swallowing any of the feathers. She is at a age where she is exploring everything and figuring out what she can do with her beak.
