Eggs hutch period

Hi ,
My african love bird laid 4 eggs from 25.9.2021. till date(23.1021)non of the egg hatched . But the female still sitting continuously on it tacking 2 or three minutes break
to refresh. What can I do ? The birds age is 20 months . Will the eggs hutch? Thankyou

Hi,

You should always leave the eggs until the parents give up. Remember the eggs are laid a day apart, so the incubation period is for each egg – the last will hatch several days after the first. If these do not hatch soon, she will give up on them.
