Feather falling

I have 1.5years male cockatiel it’s flight feather is fallen .it’s growing again falling.

I’m not quite sure what your question is. Cockatiels will molt all of their feathers at least once a year. They lose a few at a time and when those grow in they lose more. It’s normal to lose flight and tail feathers during a molt.
