Feather pulled out

My daughter was playing with my parrot and she came to me with a tail feather I think she pulled it out can it hurt the parrot ?

If it didn’t bleed then there is nothing to worry about, however, it is painful for a bird to have a feather pulled out. I’m not sure how old your daughter is, but children should never be allowed to handle a bird unless they are being supervised. The bird could injure the child, or such as this case, the child can hurt the bird.
