can a quaker eat celery / spinaach and other salad foods

Answer:

Hi Veronica,

Yes, a quaker can have most of the fruits and veggies that we eat. Make sure they have been washed. Don’t get too exotic – when in doubt, don’t offer it or do an internet search to see if the food is safe to offer. Avoid fruit seeds and pits and never offer avocado.
