Can i give some apple to my one month old baby coketiel?

Hi Carelieze,

At this age, he is just beginning to eat solid foods. You can begin to offer a variety of health foods such as cooked brown rice with mixed veggies, chopped fruit, leafy greens, multi grain bread, fresh water and a good daily diet. Plain seeds will not provide enough nutrition. It is best to wean your bird to healthy foods to begin with rather than a seed diet.
