My kakariki has been straining to poop and passing large amounts green and white. I’ve noticed stomach seems swollen she went off food for a day but eating now she is 9 years old

Something is going on internally, so I would take her to an Avian Vet. Unfortunately, some kakis are prone to tumors. But this could be something very treatable so I would take her in sooner than later to give her the best chance at treatment. If it is something like a retained egg, she needs to be seen before it is too late to do anything.
