Hello
I found a bird when i was running somewhere in the woods i found it with a hole in its stomach and whenever i feed it and give it water the water would drip out of the hole i placed a liquid that helps with wounds and a plaster to block off the water dripper out i dont have enough money to go to a vet soo can i have any suggestions to help it as much as i can

Injured wildlife must be relinquished to a licensed rehabilitator or wildlife facility. You should not be trying to feed it or treat it yourself, as this can cause more harm. You should never try to give a bird water if it cannot drink on its own. Try the link below, or call your local animal shelters or Vet Clinics.
