Is my budgie sick or pregnant?

Hii, I am not sure if my budgie is just pregnant or sick because if I go near the nest box it usually comes out but now it didn’t come out. Its eating and drinking normally,but on rainy days its fluffed up and theres a slight bobbing of tail but it doesn’t open its beak to breathe. Now its inside the nest box and like kinda of sleeping then opening its eyes then closing again but when its inside the best box the tail is not bobbing. Please tell me if its serious or just signs that it is pregnant. Thank you

A bird doesn’t get pregnant, so if she has an egg, it will be laid within 24 hours. If no egg, then something else is going on. In that case she needs to see a vet. I am assuming there is also a male? If just a female. then she doesn’t need a nest box.
