Male budgies cere ?

Hello, Why would my 6 year old male budgie’s cere change from a bluish purple to gray….he is going through a severe molt

Hi,

Stress like a heavy molt can affect the cere color. Sickness can, too, so if you think he is not feeling well, it’s best to take him to an Avian Vet for a check up.
