Millet

Hi. Thank you for all your knowledge and help. I have a question about millet. Like any birds, ours absolutely love millet. We only give it to them to train and reward. They are on a pellet/veggie/seed diet. We love our tiels very very much. For Christmas, we would love for them to just pig out on millet. Is this a no no one time a year?

Letting them loose on a spray of millet is fine, if that’s what you mean. I would be cautious about the amount, simply because it isn’t good for them to over eat on anything. Millet should be safe, but still use some moderation. I’m glad we are able to help you. 🙂
