My birds poo is black and sticky

Hi. I have budgie and his poo is black and he is eating a lot of seed. His feathers are very ruffled and he is acting sick I don’t know what’s wrong with him

You need to take your bird to an Avian Vet as soon as possible. A Vet needs to run tests to diagnose what is wrong so the right medicine can be given. Once a bird acts sick, he can go down very quickly.
