My cockatiel

Why does my cockatiel don’t play with his toy. He only plays with the mirror.

Sometimes a bird can get obsessed with a mirror and ignore everything else. You might try removing it to see if he will play with something else. However, give the mirror back to him if he becomes too stressed or upset with it being gone. Some birds don’t play with toys very much, so he may just not care for toys. Cockatiels generally like different textures, toys with wood, plastic and leather, and bells on toys. If a toy is too large he might not like it. Maybe have the pet shop suggest a good toy for a cockatiel.
