Birds can exhibit breeding behavior but it does not always leads to eggs and chicks. All you can do is provide a good diet and the right environment and hope the birds settle down and lay eggs. Not all bird make good breeders. Also, if your birds are too young they don’t really know what to do. If this goes on for months, it is best to remove the box, let the birds rest, and then try again after a few more months.
