my female cockatiel goes to the bottom of the cage and is all fluff up i dont see her at the feed cup should i put it the bottom also

It sounds like she is sick. I would take her to an Avian Vet as soon as possible. You can try putting some food right in front of her, but it still sounds like she needs to see a vet right away.
