My mum bought me an African grey parrot 1 month ago
2 both of them are babies I notice the both have cold feet and not eating well expecially the small one I Don’t know what to do. For the past 2 days the are not eating but cold and always sleeping

It sounds like something is seriously wrong with them. When a bird stops eating, then it is very sick already. You need to take them to a Vet immediately. Two days without eating is very bad, because they have a very high metabolism. A Vet might be able to save them with tube feeding and fluids. Warm them up with a heating pad set on low and find a vet who can see them right away.
