Neck collar for my injured moluccan cockatoo

Hi, I’m trying to help my Molccan Cockatoo recover his neck.

I’m wondering where I can get a neck collar made with FRP material, as Moluccan Cockatoo is a large bird, I need a collar that doesn’t break with his beak.

Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations. I would discuss this with your Vet and see what the Vet recommends. There are many types of collars these days and sometimes you have to try more than one to find one that works. Usually it’s best to let the Vet attach the collar because most birds do not react well at first.
