Nutri-Berries

I’ve been feeding Fred Nutri-Berries for Parrots for 34 years, but I bought and opened tub for Macaw and Cockatoo by mistake. Is that ok for him to eat?

Answer:

Hello ~  You didn’t mention what type of bird “Fred” is.   NutriBerries are formulated with the same basic ingredients of grains, seeds and pellets –  and while the Macaw/Cockatoo NutriBerries are a large size, some parrots prefer the larger size to forage.  If Fred happens to be a smaller species, i.e., cockatiel, these larger NutriBerries may need to be broken apart in order for him to consume.
