You should feed the bird a nutritionally balanced diet such as pellets or our foraging diets as 80% of the daily diet. A loose seed mix will not provide the nutrition he needs. You can also offer leafy greens, chopped veggies and healthy treats as 20% of the diet. I’ll give you the link to our bird food guide to give you more information and ideas.
