Kan een parkiet die altijd binnen staat in een vogelkooi verhuisd worden naar een buitenkooi ?

There are a lot of risks keeping birds outside. There are predators, weather and wild birds can pass along diseases. And if an inside bird is used to being around people, it can be too lonely outdoors. A single bird definitely should not be put outside – it would be isolated from any form of companionship. If having a bird isn’t right for you, I would recommend finding a good home for it rather than putting it in an outdoor cage.
