Pigeon help.
Hi. I found a pigeon outside in 118 degree weather, it has weak legs and seems to fall to one side. I have been careing for this prescious creature but not sure how to.?

Hi Deanna,
I’m sorry to hear about this poor bird. It’s very kind of you to care for it. If there is a wildlife center in your area, that is where you can take it. From the sounds if it, the bird is either sick or has been poisoned. Sadly not everyone likes pigeons, and they will put out poisoned feed to get rid of them. Pigeons are rarely found alone, so this little guy either got sick and left by the flock, or got poisoned along with the rest of the flock. Depending on how much they eat, they die at different rates. I don’t know if anything can be done for him, but at least you brought him in and made him comfortable.
