Scared bird

So i have my lovebird for a week now and yesturday she seemed like she is not that scared of me I eve got her to step on my arm for a treat but now she looks like shes terrified of me and I dont know what to do. She was eating millet from my hand but now i cant even get close to her. Her cage is next to my desk so im with her the whole day. i dont want her to be so afraid of me.
